When you make a planned gift to Community Legal Services and Counseling Center, you are ensuring that CLSACC can continue to provide critical services to the most vulnerable members of the community.
Bequests are one way to make a planned gift. In your will, you can designate a specific amount or percentage of your estate to CLSACC. Another simple way to include CLSACC in your planned giving is by making CLSACC a partial or full beneficiary of a 401K, IRA, pension fund, other retirement plan or life insurance policy. There will be income and estate tax savings as well as a real benefit for the clients of CLSACC.
